How to order
No minimum order UK only.

Please place your order via the shopping basket on the website or you may send your order and credit card information via phone or fax 01469 560435 or via snail mail (see address in contacts). Via the internet buying from us could not be simpler. Look through the collections, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. When you have finished selecting click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you encounter any problems please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or 01469 560435 and we will try to rectify the problem. We cannot guarantee the suitability of our product for a specific purpose. If the goods are not available, we may offer you an alternative. If you do not wish to accept the alternative we will return all payments back to you. We reserve the right to increase prices at any time but will try to stick to price in catalogue. Prices shown include VAT at 20%.
Postage charges are based on the value of your order, and are as follows for UK mainland only:

|Orders over £50 - will be tracked via Interlink or tracked Special Delivery and will require a signature.|
|Any orders under £50 that are needed urgently will be sent Special Delivery. These will incur an extra charge.|
Orders sent by special delivery are subject to a surcharge. We will contact you to confirm postage before despatch
For urgent orders we can arrange a 2 day delivery. We take no responsibility for orders lost by the postal or carriage company.
Overseas postage is calculated once we receive your order. We will contact you before shipment with the cost. We will not debit your card until you have accepted the delivery costs.
Deliveries take 5-7 days to arrive, except for custom orders which can take up to 3 weeks. Overseas order may take longer. Ring or email us if your order is urgent and we will do our utmost to help. From mid November to end of December there is an increase in orders so standard dispatch times cannot always be met and postal and carrier services come under pressure so delivery can be delayed. We endeavour to email you when we have dispatched your order.
Returns, Damaged & Lost Goods
We cannot refund any money on items that have been used. In order to receive credit, the purchaser must notify us immediately if goods are damaged. If you are unhappy with the quality of our produc please telephone immediately. Goods should not be returned without prior agreement. In accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you have a period of seven days from receipt of goods to cancel your order. If you wish to exercise this right, please notify us accordingly. Goods will be returned at customers own expense. This does not affect your legal rights – e.g. if your goods are faulty.
For your own safety, we recommend that you read carefully the safety instructions printed on all packaging plus any safety leaflets that are provided with your delivered items before you use the product.
