Q: Can I collect me order rather than have it delivered?

A: Of course, if you arrange with us prior to collection via telephone or e-mail. Our address is:

Q: I don’t have a PayPal account, how do I pay?

A: When you go through to checkout, press the “Proceed to PayPal” button, you’ll then be presented with an option to log in with your PayPal details (if you have an account) or “Checkout as guest” which will then allow you to input your card details instead.

 

Q: How long will my order take from payment to delivery?

A: Boxed crackers from Robin Reed, Celebration crackers and Tom Smith will take 2-3 days. In peak season- October to December, this may increase due to the courier service/postal service work load.

If you have ordered handmade crackers, these will take 5-7 days, again longer- up to 2 weeks in peak season of October-December. You will be sent a confirmation of dispatch email when your order is on it’s way to you.

 

Q: I need my order by a specific date- can you do this?

A: All of our crackers are handmade to order, if you need your crackers in less than 14 days from ordering, or you are ordering more than 50+ crackers, please contact us prior to placing your order, to ensure we can get it to you in time.

 

Q: What is the last date I can order crackers for Christmas and New Year?

A: For Christmas and New Year orders, the last day for ordering will be 11th December, to ensure delivery and avoid disappointment at this very busy time.

 

Q: I have a special event, and would like a bespoke cracker for the occasion- can you do this?

A: Yes! Here at Gocrackers.co.uk, we are happy to help- we have made a variety of custom design crackers. Please have a look at our blog page, and get in touch with what you are looking for.

 

Q:Why are there two prices shown next to the crackers?

A: These show the basic price for a cracker to fill yourself, and the maximum price for the cracker with our super luxury gifts

 

Q:  Cracker designs in the Hen do/Adult section- why can I not select a gift?

A: The price shown is for the cracker and a randomly selected adult gift. If you would like the cracker design with a different gift, please contact us.

 

Q: How is the postage and packaging cost calculated?

A:We do not charge for packaging. We use the Royal Mail shipping app to calculate an accurate and fair rate of postage cost.

 

Q: I am planning an event, but would like to see a cracker, and/or a bow colour- can I order a sample?

A: Yes- please call us or email to discuss your request. We charge a small fee to cover postage costs.

 

Q: Do your Fill your own and make your own crackers come with snaps?

A: Yes- all of our crackers are supplied with snaps, unless we are asked to omit them specifically, or we are shipping to USA and other countries outside of Europe.

 

Q: Can I order crackers if I live abroad?

A: We can deliver boxed crackers via Royal Mail to countries in Europe. Due to laws on fireworks and explosive substances through the post, we are unable to send crackers with “snaps” to countries outside of Europe.

 

Q: Will I receive regular e-mails from Go Crackers?

A: On average we send just one e-mail out per year, customers are automatically added to our mailing list, unsubscribing is as easy as clicking the necessary link within the e-mail.

 

Q: Will I be notified once my order is dispatched?

A: Yes, you will receive an e-mail notification with details of your order stating “Your order is complete”, alternatively you can login to your account on the site and check your order status.
